We collect two type of information from you and other users: non-personal information and personal information. You are free to explore the Websites without providing any Personal Information about yourself. When you visit the Websites or register for the Subscription Service, we request that you provide Personal Information about yourself, and we collect Navigational Information.

“Sensitive Information”

Tophyre or their customers who use the assessment services may sometime collect these information which refers to credit or debit card numbers, personal financial account information,  passport numbers, driver’s license numbers or similar personal identifiers, racial or ethnic origin, or other employment, financial information.

We do not collect sensitive personal data like; physical and mental or other health conditions or medical records and history; biometric information such as fingerprints, DNA and voice & facial patterns or any other information which is confidential or sensitive by its nature. We do not store your information like password of your e-mail account. The password of your Tophyre account automatically get saved in the  Tophyre server when you create an account or register with Tophyre and not authorized by Tophyre for access unless desired under any legal obligation.

Information we collect from third parties

From time to time, we may receive Personal Information about you from third party sources including partners with which we offer co-branded services or engage in joint marketing activities, and publicly available sources such as social media websites.

Non-Personal Information

Non-personal information is information we collect through this website that does not identify you by name or as an individual person. It may include information about the browser type,  navigational information, Navigational information refers to information about your computer and your visits to the Websites such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and pages viewed. We also proctor tests using webcam. We may capture live images and videos through the web camera enabled tests. This is to prevent you from navigating away from the test window while the exam is ongoing. Also, to prevent impersonation and use of unfair means.

Information Collected Automatically Like other online companies, we receive technical information when you use our Services. We use these technologies to analyse how people use our Services, to improve how our Site functions, to save your log-in information for future sessions, and to serve you with advertisements that may interest you.

If we (or our assets) are acquired by another company, whether by merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or otherwise, that company would receive all information gathered by TopHyre on the Websites and the Subscription Service. In this event, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website, of any change in ownership, uses of your Personal Information, and choices you may have regarding your Personal Information.

We may share the information with law enforcement authorities in investigating and prosecuting website users who violate our rules or engage in behaviour which is harmful (or illegal) to other users. To facilitate our global operations, we transfer information to either United states or India  and allow access to that information from countries in which the Tophyre affiliated entities have operations for the purposes described in this policy. You consent to this transfer.

Some of the third parties described in this privacy policy, which provide services to us under contract, are based in other countries that may not have equivalent privacy and data protection laws to the country in which you reside. 

Depending on the User’s location, data transfers may involve transferring the User’s Data to a country other than their own. Unless you request that we delete certain information (see Your Choices and Rights below) prior to the subscription period ends, we retain the information and make it available to the customers and users as per the subscription plans. Even if you are no longer registered, we will maintain copies of your information in our internal records, systems and databases. All Users may request access to or correction of any Personal Information we have about them or delete their account and/or request deletion of all Personal Information we have about them. In certain jurisdictions, Users may have certain rights with regard to their Personal Information. We will honour User requests to the extent we can reasonably do so and as required by law, but some information will remain on the Services, such as information you posted publicly. Upon request Tophyre will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. If you request to access all personal information you’ve submitted, we will respond to your request to access within 30 days. If you completely delete all such information, then your account may become deactivated. If your account is deactivated or you ask to close your account, you will no longer be able to use the Service. If you would like us to delete your account in our system, you can do so through the Tophyre Service (once you logged in, visit settings / user settings, and then click on the close my account link).  

In addition, your Personal Information may remain in our archives and information you update or delete, or information within a closed account, may persist internally for our administrative purposes, to the extent permitted by law. It is not always possible to completely remove or delete information from our databases. In addition, we typically will not remove information you posted publicly through or on the Service. Bear in mind that neither you nor Tophyre can delete all copies of information that has been previously shared with others on the Service.


All the data and content uploaded by the subscriber owned by the customer. Tophyre will use the data strictly based on the privacy policy mentioned in the document. Tophyre uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our service. All information you provide to us is stored using security best practices.

Although Tophyre owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Tophyre application, the Interview Requesting party retain all rights to data collected during their interviews.


Please note that test scores reflect a Test Taker’s performance at a particular time, and neither your responses nor your score can be changed after the fact.  


Our website offers publicly accessible blogs or community forums. The blog is managed by a third party application that may require you to register to post a comment. We do not have access or control of the information posted to the blog. You will need to contact or login into the third party application if you want the personal information that was posted to the comments section removed. We take a number of steps to protect your data, but no security is guaranteed. Tophyre takes commercially reasonable steps to help protect and secure the information it collects and stores about Tophyre Users. The profile you create on our Site will not be publicly accessible unless otherwise indicated. You may change the privacy settings of your profile through your account portal. All the test conducted by the subscribers will not be available to others unless until specified and configured I  the system by the subscriber
